    What shipping options do I have?

    We ship everything through United States Postal Service Mail or FedEx.  This ensures you will get your officially licensed Indianapolis Indians gear in 1-7 Business days!

    Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM on business days will not be processed until the following business day.  Orders placed on weekends will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.  Any orders placed during our Holiday Hours (Christmas Break) will not be shipped until the designated dated listed on the front page of our webstore.

    How do I calculate my shipping and handling costs?

    In order to calculate your shipping costs, simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart, go to checkout and enter your shipping address information and you can see the shipping costs for your desired item(s) based off of how much you order.  Any order above $100 and using Standard Ground Shipping through USPS will receive FREE SHIPPING.

    What are the Shipping Costs?

    Shipping of items is based on availability of items, shipping locations, shipping method selected and credit card authorization.

    We will make every attempt to list only in-stock items in, however there may be instances when a popular item may sell out quickly. Should this occur your order will be adjusted and processed immediately. Your credit card will only be charged for those items shipped.

    In the event of a credit card problem, we will e-mail you immediately to inform you of the situation. We will then wait up to 10 business days for your response and then e-mail you once more before canceling the order. Customer Service will respond to your e-mail within 48 business hours. Hours of operation for e-mail are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. 

    How long does it take to process orders?

    Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, our policy allows for up to 1-2 business days before your order is shipped out. Sometimes we are able to ship our orders out within minutes of your original order place time.  *Please allow up to 10 business days for any custom t-shirts or jerseys.*

    Tracking your order

    You will receive a tracking # for your order in your shipping confirmation email.

    Please review the following information regarding when you can expect your order.

    • USPS Standard Ground Mail: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 1-7 business days.
    • FedEx Home Delivery®: Delivery to any residential address in the U.S., with 1–5 business days delivery (3–7 to Alaska and Hawaii)
    • FedEx 2Day®: Guaranteed 2 business day delivery by afternoon to most places.

    Please be advised that certain mail carriers do not include weekends or holidays as ship dates.
